Hi everyone!
I'm starting P90x today (the lean version) and I was wanting to see if anyone followed the nutrition approach? After looking at it's a bunch of foods that don't look very appetizing! If you didn't follow the "P90X" diet what did you do?
Thanks so much!!!!!

I started P90X Lean and combined its fat loss guidelines with those of Mayo Clinic (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-diet/NU00200).
I ended up with a ratio of 40% Carbs / 40% Protein / 20% Fat.
I had to quit P90X (due to space constraints but will be starting up again when I move in a few weeks) but have stuck with this ratio and I really like it. It's proving to be sustainable while still a challenge. Good motivational ratios.
Have fun!0 -
Thank you! I think Im going to stick with their recommended ratios but pick the foods I want for a win win!0
