Chocolate anything as long as coconut is not involved, Just about any flavor of Doritos, Taco Bell, Carbs any and all Breads. Doing the Juicing diet is helping me try to curb those cravings because I feel amazing doing it and not so amazing after eating my guilty pleasures.
I"m really hoping that by the time I'm done I don't have such a strong urger to go to my go to foods of Carbs. If I can find a way to balance them I should be Golden.
Right now a Whopper sounds amazing.0 -

Chinese. Every Sunday night after my son goes to bed I get Chinese takeout. Broccoli beef, fried rice, crab rangoon, and egg roll. I love love love Chinese.
Also, bagels and Captain Crunch cereal. I only buy those things once a year at the most because I know I'll overeat them.0 -

Reading this thread makes me realise that in the US there's so much more junk than here in the UK!
FYI - Chocolate Digestives are biscuits - Digestives are basically what we use as a base for cheesecake, they're sweet but not overly so. The chocolate ones are just covered in milk chocolate and they're absolutely delicious (especially dipped in a cup of tea because the biscuit goes all soft and the chocolate goes all melty...)
Anyway, enough of that! My guilty pleasures are (in no particular order):
1. Mr Kipling's Angel Cake slices
2. Custard Creams
3. Chicken Korma
4. Chicken wings (in general, but the Papa John's ones are especially good)
5. Oreo McFlurry (which, thankfully, you can't get here very often)
Not eaten any of this list for ages...now it's making me hungry!!0 -
