I don't understand this....I ended up going probably quite a bit over my calorie goal yesterday, so I decided to weigh myself today and see if I gained. But I didn't...I lost weight! What? I don't get it? I'm not complaining that I lost weight, I just don't understand. Does this mean that maybe my calorie goal is too low? Any thoughts?

I find it takes a couple days for my body to see the damages of bad eating0

well your diary is private, but it really depends on if you exercised, what the foods were, what the sodium was, there are lots of variables, your body might even need more food, depending on your activity/cal intake.
Best of Luck0 -
Hi there,
It takes more than a day. Or often times we might have water gain one day and lose it the next. It varies, a lot. Thats why I only weigh, once a week. I also measure, every 5 weeks. That way, I can actually see the results, on paper.
Good luck.....this website is awesome.0 -
Did you exercise? If so, you should be looking at your net calories, not just the ones you ate0
