get a good butt and a flat tummy? i dont have much confidence to go out to a gym or to go running or whatever so could some one tell me exactly how i can just do it gradually at home? i'm also kind of low on cash so i cant afford a running machine or whatever...

    It all depends on where you're at right now in terms of physique. If you're carrying loads of fat, you need to focus on losing the fat that's covering your butt muscles. If you're already pretty lean and want more of a booty, you need to focus on progressive strength training to build up the muscle. Good exercises would be hip thrusts, full squats, dead lift variations, etc.

    And if you're not lean (which I assume you're not as you don't want to go to the gym) you could just try walking. It worked wonders for me, you can increase as you feel stronger, and it's free. Ditto crunches.
