Slightly new and looking for motivation!

Hi everyone! I have been "thinking" about losing weight for most of my adult life, but mostly I have been gaining. After a possible diabetes scare (I don't have it, but I could go that way easily), I lost 10 lbs quickly on a low carb eating plan. After that I stopped thinking as much about what I ate. I have been exercising 5 days per week, during the winter with Biggest Loser Wii, and during the spring and summer walking with a friend, but my eating style is all over the place. I recently joined this website to help count my calories, and it is going well...it's easier to do than other calorie counting websites I have gone on. But this is just the first step. I need to become more aware of what I'm eating, and hopefully help my family become more aware as well. I need some motivation to keep up the momentum!
