Hi everyone!
I finally decided after years of using an injury and quitting smoking as an excuse - it's time to get this weight off! Although I have a very motivating friend helping me - Any motivation is good.
I joined here to be able to track calories and get insight on good food suggestions and mostly exercise recommendations. I have cardio down, but I'm trying to hone my resistance training. I belong to a full gym and have about 1/2 hr - 45 mins to do resistance. I used to use a personal trainer and focus on a specific body part each day. I no longer want to continue that routine, but instead looking for a routine that incorporates the entire body in one session. any and all advice is welcomed.

Welcome and good luck. Log on everyday. Eat healthy non processed foods. Stay within your goals and eat your exercise calories. :flowerforyou:0
