Anyone have one? Any opinions? Is it worth it? How different is it really from a treadmill? Anyone have cost info?

My gut feeling is that it is a rather limiting form of exercise for the money. For what it costs, you can get a decent treadmill and do most of what you could do on a tread climber, but also much more.
From an exercise physiology standpoint, there is absolutely NOTHING unique about the tread climber movement. All the claims about "better calorie burning" etc, are deceptive--they do not compare like activities.
So if you decided you liked the movement and the size and thought it was well made (a lot of "ifs"), then there is nothing wrong with this machine. However, if you are considering it as some type of "unique" machine that will give you benefits that no other exercise can, I would strongly recommend giving it a pass.0
