Strength after 2 weeks - NSV of sorts

Today marks two weeks of getting back to my healthy eating habits and daily exercise, after pretty much loafing around all summer. I had gained about 6lbs since my 12lb loss a year and half ago, and decided it was time to get off my butt and get busy before I was back up to my old weight or beyond.
I've only dropped 3lbs so far (yay!), but was so thrilled this morning during my workout because I can see so much improvement in my strength as I go through the moves. I am so much stronger than I was just two weeks ago - particularly in my core. This morning I was able to do all the ab exercises (RI30, week 2) at the advanced level, and I can feel the muscles, especially my obliques - LOVE IT!
Now I just need to keep burning the fat off so I can see those ab muscles! Happy Friday everyone!
