    Uggg didn't think I was so far behind. :blushing: :blushing: I saw that Jen stopped posting points on the chart so wasn't sure what was going on with the challenge....she was a week in not posting any points...so I message our captain Amy and she didn't message me back ....so I just figured we were not doing it anymore.:cry:

    So will add up my points for the 2 days I missed

    10 points for nutrition - check
    20 points for challenge exercise - check
    100 points for cadio/walking 200 mins- check
    total points - 130 points

    Edited to fix for 2 days missed cause Tue was rest/water day last week!!!

    Hope everyone had a good day . I did. I went over to my daughters and we took the kids to the park and then had pizza together.( I had vegetable delight, light cheese) YUM , it was nice......

    Sorry all... I was a little under the weather (maybe a lot) and I was also feeling down in the dumps... Here's my week for last week --

    Friday:
    Nutrition - no
    Exercise - yes
    Cardio - 82 min
    Total = 50 pts

    Saturday:
    Nutrition - yes
    Exercise - nope
    Cardio - 206 min
    Total = 105 pts

    Sunday:
    Nutrition - no
    Exercise - no
    Cardio - none
    Total = 0 pts

    Monday:
    Nutrition - no
    Exercise - no
    Cardio - 15 min
    Total = 0 pts

    Tuesday:
    Nutrition - no
    Water - 8 glasses
    Total =

    Wednesday:
    Nutrition - didn't even log, didn't meet this, I'm sure
    Exercise - nope, wasn't feeling well
    Cardio - 80 min (very low impact!)
    Total = 40 pts

    Thursday:
    Nutrition - No
    Exercise - No
    Cardio - 100 min
    Total = 50 pts

    Friday:
    Nutrition - No
    Exercise - No (knees feelin' the biking earlier)
    Cardio - 147 min
    Total = 70 pts

    Sorry about last week, was probably one of the worst that I have had in quite some time! But, I am back and ready to go!! I have a trip from Sun - Wed so nutritionally it will be a difficult week... but I am hopeful to have several hours at the gym tomorrow... trying to get in as much biking as I can!! Still have 31.5 miles to do and really just Sat/Sun to do them! Uggh... I will be sooo happy not to sit on another bike seat for a long, longn time!
