    i'm 5'4" and when i was in us size 12, i was about 168 lb. my frame is medium.

    I got down to a US 12 when I was in the mid 160's. I'm losing again and will be in the 160s soon enough. Right now I'm US 14 at 172 lbs. I have a lot of belly so I guess I'm the oddball. I'm 5,7" with a small bone frame.
