Ideas for meals

Hi! I am trying this weight-loss thing for like the billionth time since having my son, who is now 3 1/2 years old. I am doing Zumba! regularly (it is so fun if you have never tried it), I coach youth cheerleading, I also teach gymnastics/tumbling at a local dance studio. So I guess I am pretty active. I obviously am not cooking just for me so ideas for family cooking and cooking on the go are needed. I find that we eat a lot of the same thing because it is convenient and and comfortable LOL. I want to lose 15 lbs. by my 28th birthday in December. My goal weight-loss is 30 lbs.....long way to go:'''(

do you like to cook or would you rather cook a bunch of stuff on, say, sunday and use it thorughout the week?
or you could do crockpot things before you go to work and it's done, voila.

skinny crock pot on facebook has a lot of easy, healthy meals for the whole family. Sometimes I have 2 pots going because I am a vegetarian and no one else in the family is.0
