This website has wonderful tools, I am just loving it, and cant wait to start achieving my goals, once I do, I will start feeling good about myslef again, I swear I havent worn jeans in a year, I just cant push myself to really get dressed because I am way to fat!!     i am also new here, and I feel your pain. I think this place is great so far, and I have high hopes. I'm sure we will both be back in our jeans before we know it! lol

    Welcome....It's my first day also. I have high expectations for myself also. I am determined also to make this the year. I've tried so many diets, pills, etc...but I do exercise regularly so that has helped in the last year. I feel awful when I don't exercise. So, I would suggest that also....even though I'm heavy I have worked up to 30 minutes on the eliptical and do strength training.
    I'm anxious for the support system also.
