okay so Im blogging my journey

I am using phentermine the appetite suppressant and also limited my calories and eating better and of course exercise. I did go to a weight loss clinic and I got the meds but im not using it as a weight loss miracle just a way to start my healhier lifestyle. you can follow me at alighterbthatsme.blogspot.com or @alighterbthatsme on twitter. I even include the stuff that the weight loss center told me to do which Im going to do whats best for my body and not what they say :) Im not on the hcg diet or anything either so no worries there. I just want to blog to help me on this path and I will send you guys updates on how im doing as well.I do want to know what are good lunch ides that keep you full??? I always end up hungry after lunch between 2-5 and I get hunger headaches. Any advice on what I should eat in the mean time. Lastly what is the best way to fight late night hunger!!! I am up late doing homework and I tend to eat unnecessary or junk food then. Any suggestions are helpful!
