Question of the Day- Day 48!!!
With the holidays getting closer is anyone worried about their eating habits during this time?
**Me- I am not too worried about Halloween since I am not a huge candy eater and I usually throw most of it out anyway but Thanksgiving and Christmas have me worried!!! Just thinking about all the eating that goes on during this time has me seriously wondering if I am going to be able to survive and stay on track. Of course probably Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day I won't be too hard on myself and maybe go over my calories a little but other than that the cookies and baked goods eeekkkkk :noway:

Figure I will cross those bridges when I come to them. I have a goal of losing 10-12 pounds by the end of December..and well I plan to reach it. Healthy choices...0

Naa, not worried. I'll allow myself a cheat day on Halloween itself. On Thanksgiving itself. Then probably for the entire week of Christmas. I live for the holidays!!!0

I started on here last November two weeks before Thanksgiving and did not do so well, over this past year I have developed better habits and more self control towards food, as well as learning that they are only one day and with some exercise and eating good around those days they are not going to hang over my head so I am not going to let them get the best of me, I will enjoy the family and food and then I will make sure Im eating good any other time, but I also plan to maintain that month between Christmas and Thanksgiving I will not stress about losing as long as I maintain for a month and get back to it in January, so thats my thought about it anyways0

Never thought of it until now, but I do have a goal of 8-10lbs in Nov and Dec. I decided to work my but off at the beginning of the month so I can try to lose the bulk of my weight. I don't know but even if I go crazy I'm still going to work out.0
