Alright here are some progression pics!! 15lbs in approx. 50days. combo of doing jillian michaels 30day shred, cardio and strength training at the gym and 1200 cal diet!!

3 inches in my waist and 4.5 inces in my hips, though I think it's a tad bit more in my hips, I haven't measured in a while.0

It varies...I don't starve myself, it's just kindof an average of the cals I eat a day!0 -

sometimes I do if I'm hungry, but if I'm busy at work and not too hungry I won't. I try to watch pretty close what I eat during the week and work out all 5 days before work, mainly because my husband and I eat out a lot on the weekends. We work opposite shifts M-F so we like to eat out and drink a little on the weekends.0 -
