HI everybody Im new to this

Im 35 years old , athletically built with a gut, I am really trying to lose 20 pounds and so far i shed 3 the week of opening this site, i want to go from 220-200 , im 6'3 BtW. I want to lose it so it doesn't become a strain when I run, I really got some love handles , my BMI suggest that I way 190 , I dont want to lose any muscle, I hardly run but really active . I want to run more , but I have a bad spur heel sometimes , so I bike . I just want to say so far so good.
