I told one of my friends about this site today and she does not believe so many people have actually lost weight using the tools here, she says that some of the people hear are actors. Is this true?????

    I'm real. 54 years old and 267.5 top weight. Now down to 156. This is hard work and good food choices only. I had a health scare, don't want tobe diabetic. So I found MFP and got real about it. No acting.
