Everyone keeps saying NSV about getting compliments of their weight loss, What is this or stand for?

    Non Scale Victory
    i.e getting smaller clothes, or a nice compliment about having lost weight.

    Non-scale victory. Losing inches, getting compliments on having a weight loss, etc. Anything other than the scale that is showing your weight loss. :smile:
