    Well im back from the run. I finished.. yea, i had to walk alittle bit. But it was so worth it. My time was 35:00.

    Im really sore this morning... But it was very exciting yesterday. the only thing i need to work on is my stride. Someone said it will be easier on me if I would have a long stride. Know I will have to work on that some how. Any ideas how to do that....
