    I can do the jumping lunges. Will start with 10 everyday and work my way up when I can. Can't do the rope because of my shoulder. I'll continue with the water, and try not to snack 3 hours before bed. Here's to the show tonight. Yay Blue!

    32 oz so far today and 30 minutes with Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum on the Wii Fit. While I was doing it I thought it was a bit boring but 30 minutes was over way before I expected it to be so I guess it was pretty good - worked up a little sweat and burned over 200 calories. The only thing I dont like is the moves are all based on the controllers not the Wii fitness board so your arms work harder than the rest - I need more work in my lower half.

    Only 24oz so far, slacking today!

    Chrissy: Im glad you posted about Jillian I want to get it but not sure I should or not. I did do My Fitness Coach for Wii yesterday for the first time and you don't need the Wii controller in your hand and wow she kicked my butt!!!

    Guess what - 48 oz of water so far today! Woohoo I am celebrating...and I'll be back gotta go get rid of some of this water!

    Congrats on the water! It feels great to get rid of it. Im sure we burn tons of calories just walking back and forth to the bathroom lol

    Ive done 4 bottles today so far and that is 80 Ozs. Im sure I will have another before I go to bed also. No wonder I had to use the bathroom twice in 15 minutes LOL.


    I got the 30 day shred today also. IT was only $9. at walmart so I figured I would give it a try but honestly I didnt make it all the way through level 1 today because I did do a class this morning and my daughter kept getting in my way and laughing everytime I did jumping jacks. I have to hold my boobs though when I do them otherwise my cheststrap for my HRM moves and it loses my heartbeat.

    2cups down, but now the bathroom is closed because it's being cleaned and I have to pee sooooo bad!!! :ohwell: :laugh:

    40 ozs down already and about to get another bottle of water. That wil lmake it 60 when I am done drinking it. I drink so much in the morning because I usually drink a full bottle while working out and then go and refill it about half way through and finish that. I make sure I am hydrated during my workouts just like Jillian said. You know that scene was planned LOL

    Well today I am at 88 oz of water


    Do we have any ideas on a new challenge - maybe getting in all your suggested fiber daily along with the water...??
