calorie constriction

I normally, 99.5% of the time, on my own do pretty great with my calorie count of keeping on track, if not under.. but I feel like when I'm on here actually having to 'TRACK' my calories and food intake, it almost gives me a psychological freak.. Idk if that makes sense, but I feel like when I 'don't' track my calories, I do good, but once I start putting things down 'on paper', I freak out and then end up going overboard.. does anyone else have this feeling? I think coming to this site and having the support is superr awesome, but I don't think tracking every bite I take is healthy for me. Urgh. Such a dilemma!-

If it's a problem, don't do it! Just come here for the support. How about logging exercise? Does that cause a problem? If not, just stick to that for now.0
