P90X to Power 90

I'm in a weight loss study for the VA and I'm done with my 6 week run of P90X and I'm going to do my 90 days of regular Power 90... Would anyone like to join me? I started tonight :)

    My husband just started Power 90 after finishing a few rounds of P90X...he's about 10 days in. He loves it...Tony is such a crack up lol. I'll let him know about this thread :smile:

    Thanks and yes Tony is a nut! I've got something for reaching your bonus! LOL It's amazing that after switching from the "harder" to the "easier" workout I'm dropping buckets of sweat!
