Is anyone using kettlebell exercises? I've looked at it online and i'm buying one soon. Just wanted to see who else may be doing it too. Let me know.

Love them! Great for strength and explosiveness. Also great for really quick 10-minute workouts (compound movements).....

I bought one several weeks ago at Target. It's a Bob Harper one (comes in various weights), and includes a DVD. I started with a 10lb bell. Last weekend I bought a different kit that comes with a 15lb kettlebell. Also got it from Target but it's not a Bob Harper one.

I feel like I've seen faster results with the kettlebell than with regular dumbbells. Good luck! :)

I use them! Love them! I can really feel it working PLUS I love how portable they are! I have one sitting next to my desk and a few times a day when I get up, I pick it up and do a few sets. They're GREAT!

Kettlebells really have a place in anyones workout plan. I've been using one lately for swings, cleans, presses, etc and have been having a blast. Mostly doing them on conditioning days, its different, lot of fun.

I have the Kettleworx program. I bought the set which included a Kettle bell and 5 different videos. It is designed with three different 20 minute workouts that rotate between cardio, abs and strength training. It also has two 10 minute fast workouts focusing on abs and fat burning. I am not doing it the way that the program is designed, but I really like the workouts. They go by quickly and they are really effective. My only complaint is that they are poorly edited and it is obvious that they are just repeating the same segments over.
