This is an awesome website. I'm so glad that I found it. It's better than some of the other programs I've tried. My only problem is that I work nights and find it difficult to eat right or exercise cosistently. Anyone else resolved this type of issue for themselves?

I keep a crazy schedule. I try to always keep healthy snacks with me in my purse. That way, I can eat regularly, and then it's not convenience/unhealthy food. And I try to carry a bottle of water with me, too.0
