went out for my anniversary last night and although i enjoyed what i had i wont be eating like i did last night for a while
my stomach feels awful today and i feel lethargic and yuck generally
a sneaky peak at the scales shows a rise which i wont log as i know its all down to last night and the amount that i ate - over by 1,501 calories yesterday

if i do go out again - i will be far more sensible in my choices

next time is two weeks time for a girls night out in cardiff for 2 40th birthdays in my office so as i know i have got something planned for the next two weeks i am going to be extra good - eat under every day and do as much exercise as possible to help counteract what i know is going to an alcolhol fueled night - we are eating italian so hopefully there should be something not too bad for me to try

I wouldn't worry about an occasional blow out, it was your anniversary, after all, and you're allowed to celebrate things like that. Just put it behind you, start today anew and you'll be fine.

    HI

Don't worry about the odd night out - if this is going to be a change for life rather than a diet you are going to have to factor in nights out for the rest of your life...

I have found that making better choices for example I used to drink vodka and coke now I simply change the mixer to a slimline one...

If I fancy a dish with chips I have it but devide the portion and leave half on the plate and add a salad... I also eat light durin the day...

Most restraunts have some healthy choices on the menu I find the vege option can be good as long as it is not loaded with cheese...

Loosing this weight will be a slow and steady process and you ARE getting there
