I did 240 with 20 pound weights...

And....done. 5lb weights. I think I may be on the verge of needing to get heavier weights though...0

I used 10lb weights and completed 240. Whew:bigsmile:0

10 lb weights.... first 100 i did in 5 sets of 20 and only took 35 min... so i went a little further and did another set of 20 and 4 more sets of 10 for a total of 160. My arms quit after that. And that was each arm0

Done, using a full 33.8oz smartwater, ha.0

I used five pound weight.
1:00 am - 40 curls down; 160 to go.
6:00 pm - 80 curls down; 120 to go.
10:00 pm - 140 curls down; 60 to go.
11:30 pm - 200 curls down; DONE!!!!!!
And I walked 18,502 steps today. Yipeee!
