    I used five pound weight.
    1:00 am - 40 curls down; 160 to go.
    6:00 pm - 80 curls down; 120 to go.
    10:00 pm - 140 curls down; 60 to go.
    11:30 pm - 200 curls down; DONE!!!!!!

    And I walked 18,502 steps today. Yipeee!

    Great idea. What's next?

    Totally didn't do it. And I was going to start an at home strength routine today. Among the busyness I forgot. Such is a crazy life. lol
