    Should be hard to do. But i've been at it since 2008. got down to 132, but that didn't last long. 140 seems to be where my body wants to go. Trying to eat clean and give up wine (for now!). I am REALLY tired of this merry go round!

    I could really use a twin (or several)! I've lost weight a few times now in the past 7 years, but have gained it back plus some each time. Anyone out there with similar experiences?? My main difficulty is the exercise....
