Welcome....I'm quite new as well and familar with the yo-yo syndrome. Feel free to friend me if you would like some encouragement. I find the site is the best so far for helping you stay accountable (and I've tried a number of sites before).
Good Luck!0 -
Oh honey it works you just have to stay focus on calories. It's a change of lifestyle not a diet. You can eat alot of food as long as your eating healthy foods.0

Did you know that people who reduce calories enough to lose weight will do so, whether they exercise or not. But those who exercise and cut calories are over 10 times more likely to keep the weight off. That's one reason dieters generally gain the weight back and have to go on another diet (yo-yoing). So, get up, get active and grab ahold of this!! You can do it!!0

Me too. This is a good site, has helped me a lot. When I feel like I want to do the yo-yo, I login in here and start reading. The urge passes. Find some "friends" on here and its amazing how their "good Job" feels good.0
