OK, so i have the instructions so please don't tell me to refer to them... THEY DON'T OFFER IT!! It tells me i "can" but never says HOW!!!

You have to be using the chest strap when setting it as I recall. I remember being very frustrated, not being able to enter my weight. Here's a vid

Notice when the video first starts, the heart icon is beating, indicating he is wearing the strap.

Horrible user manual! EDIT: even though it's not the same model, the buttons and settings are the same.
