    They are usually looking much happier. The after pic is usually of much better quality as well.

    Precisely this! My B/A pics were like this when I did my halfway there comparison photos. And I also agree that the vast majority of people look YEARS younger. They also seem to pay a lot closer attention to grooming in the "after" shots, I know I did!
