Push them up a bit for three days then drop them for 3 days and see if that makes any difference. Might take a couple of weeks cycles to see the difference and you might add a lb then drop 2.

Trouble is, once you reach goal weight it gets harder to lose the lbs as I'm sure you know.

I can only dream of being at goal weight, but know how frustrating it can be to hit a plateau. You're doing all the right things, so try not to worry. It's like everything else, it'll happen when you least expect it to

i changed my deficilt from lsoing 1lb to lose 1/2lb when i was 4 pounds from my goal, and lost 2 pounds the first week! so yes, i would go with upping the cals.

Congrats on your goal. I belive if you still want to loose some weight, you can drop your calories a bit so you can have a deficit there. I suggest eating every 2 to 3 hours that is what is going to keep your metabolism up burning the excess calories..

Yes, 1200 calories is by far not enough. I would go here to calculate your BMR: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/. Whatever that number is, you shouldn't be eating less than it.

If you want more a more in-depth explanation and calculation, go here: http://body-improvements.com/resources/eat/#expenditure
