I am new to this, I have tried to lose weight before and have not reached my goal. I would love to be happy with myself again and really hope that this works! If anyone has any good low cal recipes please share with me, that is something I need help with big time =)

Its time to get into shape and enjoy buying clothes and going to the beach with my family without having to wear a sun dress the whole time im there!!!!!! =)

    You can do it! I'm 6 months in and i did and that was saying alot looking back when i started. this is by far the best healthy life style plan i have ever done.

    I'm losing weight slowly, and this forum is one of my favorite tools. I've got 10 lbs to go for my mini-goal. Here's my 2 step program.

    Step 1: Love yourself exactly as you are. (For some of us, this takes time.)

    Step 2: Move, eat, breathe with love. (You can do this before you achieve step 1.) Just ask yourself, if you're acting out of love when you're sitting on the couch, filling your body with junk. Then get up, put the junk away, and go for a walk, or dance around like a maniac. Just do it with love.

    Some days are just friggin hard, but as long as you do step 2, even when you don't feel step 1, you WILL make progress.
