Ok so I have lost 71lb and really just aiming for toning my tum alittle .

My work out consists at the minute of the following -

20 min punch bag
10 min running
10 min fast cycling

Does the boxing help at all with the core strengthing considering you punch from the waist...

Secondly I am thinking of changing my exercise regeime to the biggest loser 30 / 60 min challenge * Have not decided a time * to possibly concentrate on my tummy but the question is ` AM I DOING ENOUGH ALREADY ? *

I cannot do anything do strenuous as a medical condition and I am toning by my Consultants Appointment * October the 7th *
so hopefully I will be my goal of 135lbs * I am now between 138 and 141 up and down *
