I'm a slow carb dieter (Four Hour Body) but I need to keep track of my calories. Under 1400 a day and I just don't feel right. Love the slow carb diet though because I lose a pound a day (generally) and I have shredded body fat. Oh, and I love the cheat day! Anyone else tried this?
