Hi all!

I am new to MFP and super excited to see that there is a very active community on these messages boards. I have been on a weight loss journey for a loooong while and I'm ready for it to stick and become my lifestyle. I was really getting into heavy exercise and counting calories for awhile, but during June-Aug '11 I started taking baby steps off the bandwagon. Well, 3 months was enough for me to make a swift change knowing I don't want to go down that road anymore!

I have been upping my exercise and calorie counting, but I haven't had the kind of support that can be the ummph to push me in the right direction for the last time and I hope to be a motivation to anyone who hops on it with me!

  • Hi and welcome! I signed up here a while ago, and had some health issues so I took some time off. Of course, since then, I've gained some weight....and I have found myself back here again today! You've made a great first step by signing up here! Good luck! You can do it!
