With my recent Triumph on quitting smoking I have decided to start counting calories again. It's going to suck. Looking for friends to help keep me in line. Add me!

Congrats on quitting smoking. I've been off for a little over a year now and while 98 percent of the time I do great and don't miss them at all, it's that 2 percent that kill me. A sudden urge out of nowhere that can make me insane. I'm learning to take a long walk or even a bath. Anything to get my mind off them. It's funny, the longer you go without, the stronger the smell of smoke is.
Anyhow, good luck on your quitting, stay strong!0 -

Congrats on quitting smoking -- that's a huge accomplishment!!! Good luck in your adventure; counting calories isn't so bad, I find! I thought it was going to suck too; I'm glad I started, though!0
