Anyone fancy doing the 200 sit-up challenge?

I've decided to give this a go along side the 200 squat challenge I am doing. I've decided to do them from my knees as I can only do a couple (literally!) of 'proper' form push-ups. My vague plan is to complete it going from my knees, then when my strength is up have a go at completing it 'properly'.

is this 200 a day?
i already do 30ds a few times a week, but i'd be interested in doing something like this to help keep me motivated.
do you have to do them in 1 go, or do they get spread out over the day?0 -

the idea is you build up to 100 (not 200, that's the squats :laugh: )- there is a whole programme that takes about 6 weeks and is gradual - here
