just want to report back in the The USS Simpson FFG 56 is back in port so I've got some time to drop by and say thanks, I won my first bodybuilding show in Tampa back in Oct. all thanks to your web page I was eating so more food then I needed and keeping track of my food and exercise. helped me to win.
I was best in my class and age.
