Ab Ripper X Full/20min..........280 cals
Chest/3Bench/3Fly/40min......150 cals
Sleep/@hr..............................105 cals
BMR.......................................2300 cals
Avg Daily Burn...................... 2700-3100 cals

    housework...does it count?
    sleep does it count??

    I do loads of `stuff`during the day...do I want to count the calories???


    But thanks for the post so I know where I am above BMR with stuff

    Very good question: Of course it counts. A calorie burned is a calorie burned. If I lay around all day I will still burn 2300 cals. (Athletic metabolism). Anything you do burns calories. It doesn't matter if it's in the gym or not. Funny....New gym exercise...Vacuuming.

    There have been lots of days that I've had higher daily burns at the end of a day of cleaning house and running errands as when I go for a half an hour run. I don't log it as exercise in MFP, but it definitely does factor into your overall daily caloric burn for certain.
