Hey! I'm looking for some digital workout partners! I'd love to find a few friends where we could track each other's progress. I live in Arkansas and I love to hike and walk but I physically can't do much of either.

I'm 5' 6'' and 175 pounds. My peak weight was 186 and I lost 10 pounds via vlogging over a month last year. My lowest weight in two years was 165.

I have PCOS and I'm pre-diabetic. I should be on a low GI Diet (though I don't like to think of diet's as just such, I'd rather make small steps at a time towards an over all change in my eating habits for life).

Feel free to add me!

I'm walking at least 3 times a week for 3.5 miles each day and I'm starting to work in some HIIT's like situps/pushups/squats and such in to. Having someone to really look at my food journal and point fingers and say 'poptarts? Come on, you should know better' would be lovely.

You got a lot of people on here who will support you, I am one of them.
Start with an open mind and with set a low standard for yourself. This will help you feel accomplished for the tiniest change (which is good) Don't force yourself or your body to something it can't handle, slowly get there.
If your starting off (COMPLETELY) you should make a "Mini Goal" so you don't put yourself in "I can't do it" mind set.
You are capable of this like everyone else. GO FOR IT!
