Breakfast ideas please....trying to cut the carbs down, usually have porridge but its high carb...any help would be great cheers :)

    Eggs. Keep some hard boiled eggs in the fridge if you need to grab something on the run.

    Eggs can be done dozens of ways .. fried, scrambled, frittata, poached etc. Add some nitrate free bacon, or sausage, smoked salmon, or whatever and you're ready to chow down.

    If your watching carbs, I think eggs are the way to go period. Pretty much all other breakfast food is going to have carbs. :indifferent:

    You can also pick up some sausage patties, and make some breakfast sandwiches (use only 1 piece of bread, or none at all). Do Sausage with eggs. There is also steak and eggs for breakfast. But Omelets are the best way to go I think. Because you can change it up without really changing anything. You just change what you put in them. Like Tomato & Spinach, Cheese, Broccolli, Bacon...and the possibilities are endless!
