any good stretches for the upper back? something feels funny after yoga class on Thursday - not in a "i need to see a doctor" funny, but a "i need a good stretch" funny.

Ok, not ask the doctor, but ask your yoga teacher! Child's pose feels good for my shoulders and somewhat my upper back, cobra might help as well.0

...bending over and touching your toes (or as far as you can reach)....but when you do it just pay attention to where your stretching from. You should feel a good stretch like right between the should blades.
...Pulling your arms across your chest. (most arm stretches actually stretch out the neck/upper back)
Some other ones....
Neck stretches help too sometimes ....

What about some lat pulldowns. Reach up & at a 45 degree angle then pull back and your arms down toward your shoulders. That may be the area that hurts too I love doing those!!0
