I am reading the new issue of woans health magazine and wanted to share 2 things:

1. Skip the soy sauce - the hormone MSG makes you less responsive to the hormone that tells you to stop eating.

2. Low calorie chips - Rats that were fed low calorie chips packed on more weight than those who ate regular.

    i never use soy sauce...too much sodium, plus MSG? No thanks!! Thanks for sharing.

    You'd be shocked what has MSG in it -- I wrote a paper on MSG in school... the biggest culprit is KFC (not that we should be eating it anyways lol) but even whey protein powder has it in there... they hide it under other names so people don't know its there if they do look....

    I'm not saying go load yourself up with MSG, so hopefully your'e not drinking soy sauce by the bottle. Also, MSG free soy sauce does exist.

    Dang then Asians should be really fat because they should be eating more with all the soy sauce they have in their daily foods.

    I have used MSG everyday for decades. I am still alive with NO abnormalities. :love:
