I am following Rocco Dispirito's Now Eat This! diet plan. I wanted to put more of his recipes in the database but when I do, the calorie counts are way off. Now, it has me wondering if they are accurate or if I am putting the wrong things in? I see others have done it. For those of you who have added these recipes, can you give me any pointers???
Thanks!
Susan

My data base is FULL! What I do is put on just a bit less than what I am acually using that way ( I find they are high too at times ) it balances itself out a bit. That is what I do, not sure if its the right thing or not.
