I need to find some easy to prepare and healthy foods. I go to school and work a lot so I don't have time to actually prepare any meals. Most of my meals are on the go, whick are usually quite unhealthy. Any suggestions?

Do you have access to a microwave at work? If so, leftovers are good and easy to pack the night before after dinner. How about making a batch of soup or something on the weekend and use it during the week?

For non-heatables, I like to take a combination of things - fresh cut veggies with ry krisp crackers and cheese (laughing cow is good!) and a piece of fruit; yogurt with fruit and granola; a big salad - cut up the veggies/protein and put in containers on the weekend and it's like a salad bar in your fridge! I also like a hard boiled egg, crackers, cheese, and veggies.

I have a toaster oven that is a life saver. Get home from work, pop a frozen chicken breast in there, shower, exercise or whatever and in 20 min to an hour (based on what temp) its done. Takes no more than 15 sec of your time. Whats really good is if you marinade it in herbs the night before, but that takes some time. Also laughing cow cheese and hardboiled eggs are good too :)

Crockpots are awesome, before you leave the house, pop in your ingredients and by the time you come home, you have a nice warm meal!

Have a food prep day. On Sunday I prep for the week. I boil half a dozen eggs, make a pot of brown rice, a pot of beans (I'm vegetarian, if I was a carnivore I would probably cook a couple of chicken breast or other protein). I also chop up any veg or fruit I want to snack on like watermelon, cucumbers, etc... This means through the week I can grab and go for most meals and nothing takes more than 15 mins to assemble. when I buy nuts or dried fruit I sort them into ziplock snack bags. My food prepe rarely takes more than an hour.
