I lost a total of 4 pounds these past few weeks and saw today that MFP increased my daily calorie intake. Is that supposed to happen? I am confused about how I am supposed to lose additional weight in the future if I am now supposed to eat more everyday. I am not increasing my workouts .....Can anyone explain

It always ask me if I want it to "recalculate" my calories.....I always tell it NO!! You are right, it doesn't make much sense to me either.0
