    (Shhh all...we are supposed to be getting fit...let's see if this works)

    Mike, you really need to approve 1_up's FR...how else are you going to see that he is dedicated to helping ALL of us stick to becoming better versions of ourselves?!? He promised to send everyone a year's supply of whey protein AND eat our exercise calories if you accept and make him a MOD.
