Looking for Turbo Fire/Beachbody Friends

I am on week 2 on Turbo Fire (week 6 if you count that I did some weeks of the Prep Course). I could really use some friends on here to keep me going and on track. Feel free to add me as we motivate each other!

I just got turbo fire greatest hits. Its only 20 min, but wow is it difficult!! My knees were killing me. I need to do low impact version. Have you lost anything yet from it? I will send you friend request if you dont mind.0

I read somewhere that jelly helps to reconstruct articulations that worked hard through exercise and with only 10 gr of it! Since then I`ve been consuming it and works fantastic, now I don't feel that light ache while I go up the stairs after exercise.
An important fact about it, is that for the ammount of sugar that jelly has, nutrionists recommend to consume it right after you finish your workout for using that "window" of extra burning calories time.
