So I travel with a band 10 months out of the year and am in a different place every week. It is very difficult to work out consistently while I'm on the road. Any advice?? All my days are pretty packed full.

could you take time out to run around town? or do a video in your hotel room?

I travel a lot for the Air Force and I have my workout videos on my laptop to help me workout while traveling...

Mostly all the workouts are 12-20 minutes long, and it might not look it but I promise they'll have you sweating and in pain the next day. I burn about 130-150 calories for a 12 minute workout, depending on what exactly is involved. Plus, you really see results from them (true story!). Some have equipment involved, but you could always modify/do it without the equipment. And Zuzana shows all the modifications too, so you're all set.

Honestly, if you can't find 12-20 minutes in your day to do one of these workouts, I don't know what to tell you.
