There's times when I have went over my carb limit, fat limit.. or sugar.. (fruits mainly so who cares!).. and mainly my carbs are all COMPLEX carbs..

Anyway.. I just hate seeing that "negative" number on my diary or daily intake when I review how much I ate today, (as far as if I went over my limit) it gives me such a guilty feeling.. but I thought to myself, why am I beating myself up over it? Why be down? I eat HEALTHY. Compared to my eating habits a couple of months ago.. nothing but fast food, bad carbs, nothing but junk food.. sweets, etc.. compared to the way I eat NOW.. has drastically changed.. I honestly don't remember the last time I indulged on junk food, sweets, fast food - etc. So I can honestly say to anyone who does feel guilty at times.. don't beat yourself up over it! Cheer up. Everyone has worked hard to get to where they are today and everyones progress towards weight loss or just maintaining a healthier lifestyle is surely noticed!

It isn't all that easy switching your eating habits from junk food to eating much healthier.. at least coming from my experience it wasn't. But now I actually love it. Don't get me wrong, I have cheat MEALS here & there.. not days though. But I just maintain portions if anything.. Even though I may only go to the gym 3 times a week and not everyday.. I'm proud of myself. I was never active before.. and now it's not even just HAVING to go to the gym or eating healthy, it's more of just a lifestyle for me now :)

I still have alot to learn.. and I love MFP for learning something new each day even when it comes to recipes, work outs.. tips.. nutrition, etc. MFP is seriously my #1 "social network" over facebook anyday haha.

And btw, my diary is open to view for those who would like to leave any feedback! I'm on 1,220 cals intake per day!
